Responsibilities
- Complete new build and remodel plumbing projects in the commercial sector.
- Oversee and train apprentices and helpers.
- Monitor project progress and maintain thorough job documentation.
- Uphold contractual and safety compliance standards.
- Deliver top-notch results to clients.
Requirements
- Valid PL01 license in Washington.
- Experience in commercial plumbing.
- Ability to work on prevailing wage jobs.
- Knowledge of UPC for application in both Washington and Idaho.
- Working knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Capable of supervising and training apprentices.
- Ability to complete projects without direct supervision.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment, and lift items above your head.
Nice-to-haves
- Journeyman license in Idaho.
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing.
