About the position

Our client located in the Midtown area is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team! The Commercial Property Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and meet the financial objectives of the property owners. This role involves significant interaction with tenants, contractors, and property owners, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The position is full-time, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The pay range for this role is between $95,000 and $100,000 annually, and it requires the candidate to be in the office in Atlanta, GA. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional tenant service by promptly addressing tenant requests and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism. This includes executing New Tenant Procedures, which involve delivering welcome packages, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring all necessary documentation and utilities are in place. Additionally, the manager will implement Move-Out Procedures efficiently, including scheduling walk-through inspections, managing utility transfers, and handling all aspects of the tenant exit process. Another key responsibility is to prepare and manage the property's annual budget, including forecasting expenses and revenues. The manager will monitor and control property expenses to ensure they align with the budget. Furthermore, the role includes handling rent collections, managing late fees, and overseeing lease renewals and negotiations. The manager will also oversee the maintenance and repair of the properties, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in commercial property management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance, financial management, and lease administration.
