As a Commercial Real Estate Agent specializing in sales and leasing, you will play a pivotal role in our rapidly expanding team in the San Diego region. This position is commission-based, offering the potential to earn between $180,000 and $220,000 annually, depending on your performance and success in closing deals. We are looking for qualified individuals who are driven, goal-oriented, and possess a valid Real Estate License. Your primary responsibilities will include tenant representation, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties. You will receive comprehensive training and support, including a detailed business plan, mentorship, coaching, and access to training modules. We provide leads and various resources to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in the competitive field of commercial real estate. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work in Coronado, CA, where you will engage with clients and stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions. Responsibilities

Requirements
