As a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Venture Pacific Commercial, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team in the San Diego region. The compensation structure is commission-based, with the potential to earn between $180,000 and $220,000 annually, depending on your performance and sales success. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work, allowing you to engage directly with clients and properties in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Represent tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Assist in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients.

Requirements
