The Asset Manager at Bridge33 Capital plays a crucial role in the company's growth by developing and implementing strategies for a portfolio of retail properties. This position is integral to building the asset management platform and requires a deep understanding of retail real estate, financial analysis, and team management. The role involves collaborating with senior management and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full life cycle of an asset portfolio, including onboarding new assets and executing value-add strategies.
• Accountable for formulating and executing short- and long-term asset strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Present recommendations and performance insights to senior management and partners.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, market analyses, and property evaluations to identify value enhancement opportunities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
• Manage and mentor a team of Asset Management Associates and Analysts.
• Maintain a deep understanding of retail properties, real estate finance, and property management.
• Review and analyze financial information produced by the team, including complex financial models.
• Identify and implement processes and metrics to enhance reporting and performance tracking.
• Provide regular status updates on portfolio assets to senior management and real estate committees.
• Propose corrective solutions to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• 10-15 years' experience in retail real estate asset management or equivalent experience in the retail asset class.
• Extensive experience with retail assets is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous situations.
• Self-motivated with effective interpersonal and collaborative working style.
• Expert Excel skills and familiarity with Google productivity tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency.
