This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for finding potential clients through various methods such as posting ads, cold calling, and canvassing. You will conduct market research to identify potential spaces for clients and negotiate lease agreements and contracts on their behalf. Providing guidance on property values, market trends, and legal requirements will be a key part of your role. Building and maintaining strong, personal connections with clients is essential, as is preparing listings and conducting property tours for prospective tenants. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in real estate but also willing to share knowledge and contribute to the firm's strategic goals. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in negotiating lease terms, and familiarity with digital platforms and social media for property promotion.
