About the position

Our client in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their legal team. This full-time position requires a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate transactions and the legal processes involved. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of commercial real estate, including but not limited to title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions. This includes conducting due diligence, preparing closing documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. You will also be involved in coordinating with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the point of contact for various stakeholders throughout the process. The position offers a competitive salary range of $76,500.00 to $162,500.00, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a paralegal role, specifically in commercial real estate.
