The Senior Advisor position at Cresa involves representing occupiers in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on office and industrial spaces. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop accounts in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Procure and manage brokerage and corporate services for clients.
  • Execute and deliver integrated real estate services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Sales and account development experience with C-Level executives.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Active network with local and/or national companies and prospects.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet-based research.
  • Texas real estate license required.
