About the position
The Reconstruction Traveling Superintendent is a key role within a well-established commercial restoration company, responsible for overseeing reconstruction projects across various locations. This position requires extensive experience in project management, particularly in commercial and residential restoration, and involves a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage reconstruction projects in commercial and residential settings.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Travel to various job sites as required to supervise projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in Reconstruction.
- High School Diploma required; GED, Associates, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Xactimate, DASH, and MICA is preferred.
- IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold are strongly encouraged.
- Background in reconstruction and mitigation is essential.
- Experience in commercial and residential construction.
