About the position

The Commercial Regional Account Manager at One Stop Systems Inc. is responsible for driving sales in the Commercial and Industrial sectors of the High-Performance Computer (HPC) marketplace. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while collaborating with various teams within the organization. The position requires extensive experience in customer interaction and a strong understanding of high-performance edge computing markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and close sales in the Commercial and Industrial sectors of the HPC marketplace.
  • Manage the sales process from beginning to end to achieve growth objectives.
  • Cultivate leads and participate directly in the customer acquisition process.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the Director of Commercial Sales.
  • Generate and develop new targeted business to meet specified sales goals.
  • Write client proposals and communicate business opportunities with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary client interface and account manager, building relationships with clients.
  • Provide feedback to executive management for future product and technology development.
  • Communicate required company metrics and provide metrics analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent sales or business development experience in technically complex products.
  • Strong client hunting and time management skills to drive sales growth.
  • Significant customer-centric focus with a history of strong client relationships.
  • Experience selling to engineers, senior executives, and program managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the financial and business side of the sales process.
  • Ability to engage and drive programs effectively with HQ staff.
