About the position

The Commercial Roofer position at RoofingSource involves performing installation, repairs, and maintenance of low-sloped roofing systems. This full-time role offers consistent year-round work with opportunities for overtime and career advancement in a high-demand trade. The position requires traveling regionally and nationally, and candidates should be prepared to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repairs, and maintenance of low-sloped roofing systems including TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM.
• Operate a Leister welder.
• Work in accordance with job specifications, warranty specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet.
• Support the Foreman in day-to-day duties, including communication with HQ and training or directing other crew members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Ability to work in intense weather conditions (heat and sub-zero).
• Tolerate moderate levels of noise and encounter wildlife.
• Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), twisting, bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and walking for long periods.
• Climb ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Operate a Leister hot air gun effectively.
• Use a smartphone and tablet for generating reports, uploading receipts, and communicating via email.
• Driver's License (Required).
