Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 10 or more years of marketing/communication and progressive leadership experience in the services industry in an organization larger than $250M in assets.
  • 8 or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process, or team.
  • Advanced experience in planning and executing digital and traditional marketing strategies that increase shareholder value.
  • Extensive experience in brand management, product development, market research, and corporate communications.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and experience managing vendor/agency relationships.
  • Proven experience in creating and presenting project proposals and reports clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced experience in determining and reporting on marketing analytics and ROI.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and developing staff.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframes.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to marketing.
