About The Position
The Roofing Foreman will oversee the installation and repair of PVC and vinyl type flat roofs on commercial buildings. This role involves working on new installations, replacing previously installed or damaged roofs, and repairing asphalt and TPO roofing systems. The foreman will supervise the crew, ensuring productivity during the installation of roofing systems, including conventional 4 ply (built up roofing) systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts, hot asphalt and gravel, and modified Bitumen (Mod-bit) roofing.
