About the position
The Commercial Roofing Laborer position is designed for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the roofing industry. This role involves assisting with the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems in a fast-paced environment, requiring physical strength and safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with tearing off and installing/repairing commercial roofing systems safely and efficiently
- Climbing ladders and lifting heavy loads (50-100 lbs.)
- Properly measuring and cutting materials safely
Requirements
- 1+ years of roofing experience (commercial or residential) or 2+ years of general construction experience
- Able and willing to travel out of town for 3 to 4 weeks consecutively when local work is not available
- Valid Driver's License
