We are seeking a highly motivated professional National Account Manager to develop business with new clients in allocated territories. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategically delivered client-focused commercial roofing solutions based on customer needs. This is a remote position, but candidates must have current residency and be established in the greater Salt Lake City area to service designated territory and clients. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and developing customer share relationships with new and existing national customers. Your responsibilities will include establishing new national client accounts in your designated territory, preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations, and closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. You will work closely with management and sales teams across multiple locations, liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, and operate as a point of contact for your customers. Additionally, you will contribute to team efforts, ensure the timely delivery of roofing solutions, identify and grow opportunities in collaboration with teams, and keep current with industry changes in products, services, and policies.
