About the position

Farha Roofing, a leader in commercial and residential roofing, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Manager to oversee operations in our Orlando, FL market. This role requires a dynamic professional with 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction management, or a related field. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety compliance while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily commercial roofing operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Schedule and supervise roofing and sheet metal crews.
• Conduct job site inspections and address any issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress reports, budgets, and material usage.
• Work closely with building inspectors, clients, and sales representatives.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating field personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, production management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
