Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside direct sales to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Oversee project management for roofing jobs, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish.
  • Maintain direct communication with customers throughout the claims and roofing process.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collect payments and manage project budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and project management experience in commercial low-slope and residential roofing.
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals and working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with technology (smartphone, basic computer skills).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales within the commercial construction market.
  • Connections in property management, asset management, REITs, insurance, architecture, development, engineering, and general contracting.
