Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the entire roofing process
- Address customer concerns and questions promptly
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely payment collection
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in basic computer and internet skills
- Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Proven sales experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on selling products and services to Property Management Companies, Asset Managers, REITs, Insurance Agents, Building Owners, Architects, Developers, Engineering Firms, General Contracting Firms
