About the position

Lifetime Quality Roofing is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales development and operations within its Commercial Division. This role is crucial for driving retail customer acquisition for roofing services and products, supporting contracts, pre-production, and retail efforts. The position is a result of the company's expansion and growth, and it reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in roofing or closely related field highly desired.
• Minimum of 8 years in sales leadership and development.
• 3-5 years in B2B Sales.
• Experience meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• 3-5 years in construction/roofing financial management.
• Excellent communication and strong organization skills.
