Responsibilities

• Calling on commercial property owners and management companies.
• Closing customers with signed agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing sales or residential roofing sales experience.
• Ability to market and present in front of management and property owners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Word, and Excel.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent relationship and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and able to solve problems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ethical and honest.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
