This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales, working with commercial clients to provide roofing solutions that meet their business needs. As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue through effective sales strategies. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for the roofing industry and the skills to close deals in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential commercial clients, including property managers, facility owners, contractors, and developers. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on targeted business segments to increase market share and achieve sales targets. Product Knowledge & Consultation: Provide in-depth knowledge of APAL's commercial roofing solutions, materials, and warranties to educate clients and recommend the best options for their projects. Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to clients, addressing their specific needs and showcasing APAL's strengths and differentiators. Pipeline Management: Manage sales activities through CRM tools, track leads, and update opportunities to ensure an organized sales funnel. Customer Service & Support: Collaborate with project management and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution, providing follow-up support as needed. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in commercial roofing or a related construction industry. Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial roofing materials, techniques, and warranty requirements is highly preferred. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to convey complex product information in a relatable way. Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and skilled in building long-term client relationships.
