The Commercial Sales Administrative Assistant at Johnson Health Tech North America Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by performing various administrative duties. This position aims to enhance the efficiency of sales managers, allowing them to focus more on direct sales and customer engagement. Additionally, the role involves coordinating group training events and ensuring a seamless experience for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing customers to improve their experience.
  • Ensure timely release, shipment, and installation of orders through collaboration with other departments.
  • Assist Large Account Managers and Territory Managers with revisions, updates, and proposals during their travels.
  • Act as a secondary contact for customers when primary managers are unavailable.
  • Collect necessary paperwork for order finalization, including site surveys and customer information sheets.
  • Facilitate communication with order management and Accounts Receivable for order shipping.
  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings to stay informed about company operations.
  • Support Regional Directors with order status and KPI reporting.
  • Maintain a schedule for various training events and support virtual training sessions.
  • Coordinate all training events, ensuring equipment and materials are prepared.
  • Monitor attendee certifications and distribute certificates to qualified trainers.
  • Collect post-training surveys to assess customer satisfaction and trainer performance.
  • Process expenses and invoices related to training and submit them to Accounts Payable.
  • Schedule and maintain calendars for customer interactions and events.
  • Manage continuing education renewals and maintain training records.
  • Create monthly shipment reports for group training categories.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and SAP preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Excellent communication skills and efficient interdepartmental communication experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the fitness industry is preferred.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
