About the position

Our talented and experienced brokerage team provides a wide range of services, from commercial leasing to investment acquisitions to asset marketing and sales. To further grow our market, the company is seeking high energy, entrepreneurial, hard-working individuals that would like a career as Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Agents. This is an independent contracting position and compensation is commission based. Paramark provides office space, marketing signage and access to online advertising portals. As a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for business development, building and managing strong relationships in the industry. This includes prospecting new client relationships and referral sources, attending networking and industry events, and presenting marketing proposals to clients. You will negotiate exclusive listing agreements, market exclusive listings to qualified buyers and tenants, and advise clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies. Additionally, you will prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses, analyze data and prepare reports on average rent, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons. Your role will also involve gathering necessary materials such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements, preparing letters of intent, purchase agreements, offers, and term sheets, and participating in contract negotiations and due diligence. It is essential to maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation to effectively serve your clients.
