This position involves extensive training and hands-on experience in inspecting properties for pest infestations, followed by developing proposals and presentations to secure sales. You will be mobile and independent, representing Terminix in your local community while contributing to the company's mission of protecting people and preserving the planet.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify infestations of various pests including insects and birds.
• Develop proposals and presentations to secure sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Navigate the intricacies of commercial properties and management effectively.
• Generate new business by meeting and greeting potential customers.
• Participate in training modules and on-the-job training with teammates.
• Learn product knowledge and sales techniques for Terminix products.

Requirements

• High school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license from current state of residence.
• Strong customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
