Responsibilities

  • Identify and forge business opportunities in North Alabama.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients through networking and cold-calling.
  • Assess client needs and set up meetings to discuss potential services.
  • Travel to facilities, plants, and distribution centers to evaluate fit for services.
  • Work with the project management team to create and implement business proposals.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and prospecting new business.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily and occasionally overnight.
  • Self-starter attitude with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
