And under this roof, we protect what matters most. The Commercial Salesforce Enablement Manager is part of our Commercial Sales Operations team. This position will be remote based. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing Salesforce.com business solutions within the Commercial Sales Business Unit. This position will partner with business partners and IT and work closely with leaders, users, and subject matter experts to identify, design, and deploy new features and improvements for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community users. In addition, generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes. Key responsibilities include representing the Commercial Business Unit for GAF's Salesforce Platform Administration with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce Mobile. The role involves managing Salesforce BAU and enhancements requests and backlog, gathering business requirements, creating and grooming user stories, conducting business process reviews and improvements, performing detailed impact and gap analysis, and translating these into business solution designs. The candidate will also provide end-user support and training, conduct proactive system maintenance, and lead the implementation of Salesforce Major Releases. Additionally, the role requires evaluating, selecting, implementing, and maintaining AppExchange products based on business requirements, performing detailed business and technical analysis, and documenting functional/technical requirements to ensure successful delivery and support of Salesforce Enhancements. The candidate will work with the business to analyze current and to-be business processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes. Interacting directly with business users, the candidate will convey technical concepts/solutions in an easy-to-understand way, guide or direct the work of others, and serve as a mentor and training resource to less experienced staff. Researching new technologies and recommending changes to existing Salesforce best practices, procedures, and strategy will also be part of the role. Furthermore, the candidate will develop and execute lead generation strategies, implement lead scoring and nurturing programs, analyze sales pipeline data, optimize sales processes and tools, develop and implement sales enablement programs, partner with Sales leaders to maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce, and provide regular reports on sales pipeline metrics and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Commercial Business Unit for GAF's Salesforce Platform Administration with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce Mobile.
  • Manage Salesforce BAU and enhancements requests and backlog, including gathering business requirements and creating user stories.
  • Conduct business process reviews and improvements, perform detailed impact and gap analysis, and translate these into business solution designs.
  • Provide end-user support and training for Salesforce users.
  • Conduct proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Lead implementation of Salesforce Major Releases from pre-release schedule, testing, production-release, and roll-out of new features.
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and maintain AppExchange products based on business requirements.
  • Perform detailed business and technical analysis and document functional/technical requirements to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce Enhancements.
  • Work with the business to analyze current and to-be business processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience required.
  • Salesforce certifications required (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder); additional Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I).
  • Proficient in Google Business Suites or Microsoft Business Suite.
  • Advanced listening skills with the ability to understand complex problems and offer solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
