And under this roof, we protect what matters most. The Commercial Salesforce Enablement Manager is part of our Commercial Sales Operations team. This position will be remote based. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing Salesforce.com business solutions within the Commercial Sales Business Unit. This position will partner with business partners and IT and work closely with leaders, users, and subject matter experts to identify, design, and deploy new features and improvements for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community users. In addition, generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes. Key responsibilities include representing the Commercial Business Unit for GAF's Salesforce Platform Administration with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce Mobile. The manager will be responsible for Salesforce BAU and enhancements requests and backlog, including gathering business requirements, creating and grooming user stories, business process review and improvement, detailed impact and gap analysis, and translating into business solution design. The role also involves providing end-user support and training, proactive system maintenance, leading implementation of Salesforce Major Releases, evaluating and maintaining AppExchange products, and performing detailed business and technical analysis to ensure successful delivery and support of Salesforce Enhancements. Additionally, the manager will develop and execute lead generation strategies, analyze sales pipeline data, optimize sales processes, and partner with Sales leaders to maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Salesforce.com business solutions within the Commercial Sales Business Unit.
  • Partner with business partners and IT to identify, design, and deploy new features and improvements for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community users.
  • Generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
  • Represent the Commercial Business Unit for GAF's Salesforce Platform Administration with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce Mobile.
  • Manage Salesforce BAU and enhancements requests and backlog, including gathering business requirements and creating user stories.
  • Conduct business process review and improvement, detailed impact and gap analysis, and translate into business solution design.
  • Provide end-user support and training.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Lead implementation of Salesforce Major Releases from pre-release schedule to production-release and roll-out of new features.
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and maintain AppExchange products based on business requirements.
  • Perform detailed business and technical analysis and document functional/technical requirements and system impact.
  • Analyze current and to-be business processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes.
  • Interact directly with business users and convey technical concepts/solutions in an easy to understand way.
  • Guide or direct work of others who may perform similar or related work.
  • Serve as a mentor/developmental advisor and training resource to less experienced staff.
  • Research new technologies and recommend changes to existing Salesforce best practices, procedures, and strategy.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to prioritize and qualify leads.
  • Analyze sales pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to equip the sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline metrics and performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ Years of Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce certifications required (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I).
  • Proficient in Google Business Suites or Microsoft Business Suite.
  • Advanced listening skills with an ability to fully understand the complexity of a problem and offer good solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
