About the position

The Commercial Territory Manager at Marvic Supply is responsible for selling roofing and building products as an outside sales representative. This role emphasizes teamwork, support, and autonomy, allowing the manager to develop their territory and build lasting business relationships. The position involves calling on new and existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and executing a detailed annual sales plan to drive sales growth in the local roofing, general contractor, and home builder markets.

Responsibilities

• Call upon new and existing customers to develop business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services.
• Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan for the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and builders to ensure repeat business.
• Manage a multi-million dollar territory and demonstrate year-over-year growth.

Requirements

• Prior success in selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B commercial environment.
• Ability to demonstrate increased territory growth year-over-year.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for being a business partner to customers.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
