Guardian Glass is seeking a Commercial Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales of flat glass and value-added coated glass products to the commercial glass fabricator and glazier markets across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate will reside in one of the major cities within this region, such as Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin, and will work closely with the Commercial Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that generate value for both our customers and Guardian Glass. As a Commercial Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Guardian's extensive range of float and coated products. Your responsibilities will include forecasting customer demand, identifying sales strategies and objectives, and ensuring alignment on supply, demand, and logistics through effective communication with customers and internal teams. You will also be tasked with addressing customer issues as they arise and utilizing our CRM system, Salesforce, to manage customer relationships effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and nurture relationships with Commercial Glass Fabricators and Glaziers throughout the designated territory, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company. This position requires a commitment to travel, with expectations of up to 60% travel to meet with clients and stakeholders in the field.
