• Guides company personnel in the performance of real estate settlement services.
• Reviews attorney title comment letters and underwrites proforma and endorsement requests.
• Maps legal descriptions and conducts survey reviews.

Requirements

• Title experience preferably within the state of Michigan.
• Strong understanding of real estate title and settlement processes.
• Title search and exam experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to convey information tactfully.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
