About the position

In this role, you will support and assist both the internal sales teams as well as Away from Home customers in the areas of documentation, customer portal management, item/factory requests, QA requests, and master product data. You will be the expert regarding product documentation and the sharing of that information. Additionally, you will work to maintain internal marketing and sales assets as well as other sales support projects as assigned. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product data and assets, ensuring that all necessary product registrations and requests are completed in collaboration with internal business partners and external customers. You will need to understand and research production specifications, including packaging, ingredients, nutrition, facility documentation, and marketing claims, as well as product details and certifications such as Certificates of Analysis, FDA Certifications, and Nutritional Certifications. You will also maintain GS1 product data and images in Riversand/Syndigo, loading, managing, and publishing product data through GS1 Data Sync, and submitting products for content capture while certifying nutritional and e-commerce content. Working closely with Marketing and Content Syndication, you will manage Riversand/Syndigo data and system issues, ensuring that the asset database is updated and that assets correctly populate Riversand/Syndigo and customer data portals. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sales to maintain company data, product specifications, and product images in various customer portals, including Sysco, FoodLogiQ, TraQtion, Share-ify, ReposiTrak, and SafetyChain. You will also maintain a repository of updated facility and product documentation on The Grove, including SOPs and systems/subject matter expert resources, and clearly define and maintain the scope of your role. In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist the Sales Team to ensure that Broker Teams have updated marketing assets and documentation, maintain FS1 with relevant marketing, sales, and product data for JMS broker partners, and function as a Sales Resource for ShowPad, assisting the Marketing Team with system and asset administration. You will also be responsible for accessing updated logos and product images on The Cart, along with any additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Quick and accurate data entry and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating and formatting business documents.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Outlook & OneNote for managing emails and calendar invites.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets and analyzing data.
