Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs and business analytics for market adoption of payment and quality methodologies.
• Support business analytics for GAMN solutions, including dashboards and financial metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to articulate the value of HIS content and methodologies.
• Identify market trends and develop growth strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Seven years of healthcare software industry experience.
• Two years of experience in process improvement.

Nice-to-haves

• 8+ years of experience in software application development, product management, and product marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Data Modeling and database technologies such as SQL Server and Postgres.
• Experience in data visualization and storytelling.
