About the position

We are urgently seeking skilled Commercial Carpenters to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong background in various carpentry techniques and the ability to work on diverse projects. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in trim carpentry, concrete forming, and metal stud framing, among other skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute trim carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform concrete forming for various construction projects.
• Install roofing systems and ensure proper alignment and sealing.
• Construct and install metal stud framing according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret schematics to accurately complete projects.
• Operate CNC machinery for custom carpentry solutions as needed.
• Participate in remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Conduct water damage restoration tasks as required, restoring structures to their original condition.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades on-site to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial carpentry or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with trim carpentry, concrete forming, roofing installation, and metal stud framing is highly desirable.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience operating CNC machinery is a plus but not mandatory.
• Background in remodeling and water damage restoration is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
