About the position

The Commercial Construction Estimator will lead the estimating process for restaurant and light industrial construction projects, ensuring accurate and comprehensive estimates are developed for various project delivery methods. This role is crucial for defining project scope and analyzing bid documents to identify risks and communicate insights effectively to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process from start to finish.
• Review drawings and specifications to define project scope.
• Develop accurate, full-scope estimates for Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CM/GC projects.
• Analyze bid documents, identify risks, and communicate insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 3D, and estimating software (e.g., OnScreen Takeoff).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
