About the position
Energy One Federal Credit Union is looking for a Commercial Loan Processor to join their team in Tulsa. This role involves processing and administering both commercial and consumer loans, as well as assisting the Commercial Loan Manager with annual review management. The position requires interaction with members to gather necessary financial information and documentation for loan processing and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process and administer commercial and consumer loans.
- Assist the Commercial Loan Manager with annual review management.
- Work with commercial and business loan members to collect financials and other requests necessary for annual reviews.
- Assist with commercial loan disbursement.
- Collect and prepare HMDA documentation for business and commercial loan applications.
- Conduct consumer loan processing and quality controls for all consumer loan types.
- Set up and maintain relevant files within the department.
- Answer member and employee phone inquiries.
- File loan documents with the appropriate agencies for commercial and consumer loans.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of similar experience in a financial institution required, credit union experience preferred.
- Knowledge of regulations affecting financial institutions, loans, and accounts required.
- Previous lending experience is required.
