Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance inspections and contractor surveillance duties.
• Provide comments and recommendations for changes to contractor services to ensure compliance with DeCA directives.
• Approve or reject contractor's work schedules and check work for quality and timeliness.
• Maintain the store's space allocations program by advising on proper item shelf locations.
• Act as the commissary manager's representative during night hours to ensure government property security.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or national status required.
• One year of experience equivalent to at least the GS-4 grade level in quality assurance inspections and contract surveillance duties.
• Four years of education above high school in an accredited institution, or a combination of experience and education that meets the qualifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail grocery store administration policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of monitoring vendors and contractors in a retail setting.
