About the position

The Commissions Analyst at USI Holdings Corporation is responsible for processing commissions for the Emerson Reid business. This role involves significant data management and communication with brokers and carriers to ensure accurate commission payments and resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Runs and reviews reports and commission processing at the start and end of each month.
• Ensures timely and accurate payment consistent with corporate policies and procedures.
• Creates and runs ad hoc reports in COMET and Business Objects.
• Responsible for accurate data entry into the system by performing regular audits.
• Creates spreadsheets using macros to pull information from different sources.
• Records the deposits and payments.
• Acts as the point person in answering commission questions from internal and external sources.
• Resolves commission inquiries using SharePoint.
• Creates commission uploads based on commission information received from the insurance carriers.
