About the position

The Commissions Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's billing process by maintaining accurate customer and advisory records. This position involves setting up and managing account information and commission arrangements, providing timely support to Independent Advisors, and ensuring the smooth operation of the billing process using various systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, implement, and maintain account information and commission arrangements in the company's systems.
• Provide timely support to Independent Advisors for all commissions and billing-related questions.
• Assist with system access, generate reports on commission amounts, and review special adjustments to commission schedules.
• Support the daily, monthly, and quarterly review of the billing process using Xtiva, Pershing NetX360, and Addepar/ORION.
• Update default fee base in Pershing NetX360 and/or Addepar/ORION.
• Generate, update, and submit invoices in accordance with customer contracts and company policies.
• Upload files or letters of authorization to charge accounts on brokers, dealers, and custodians.
• Reconcile information with accounting as needed.
• Serve as backup within the commissions and billing team, preserving attributes on Addepar/ORION and maintaining the customer database.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of industry-related experience.
• Experience in an Advisory platform, preferably in a multi-custodian model.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Tools, primarily Excel and Power BI.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience using NetX360 and Addepar, preferred.
