About the position

The Commission Analyst role is focused on calculating commission payments for the Commercial Team members using technical software. This position ensures that all commission calculations are accurate, compliant with company policies, and aligned with sales plans. The analyst will also provide support to representatives regarding inquiries about commission payouts and adjustments, while supplying monthly reports on earned commissions to Finance and Commercial Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Calculate commission payments for the Commercial Team members using technical software.
• Enter additional deductions and adjustments for representatives in CaptivateIQ.
• Ensure all commission calculations are correct and compliant with company policies and sales plans.
• Provide support to representatives in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations.
• Be prompt in answering correspondence from representatives.
• Supply Finance and Commercial Leadership with monthly reporting on representatives' earned commissions.

Requirements

• Experience in commission calculation and analysis.
• Proficiency in using technical software for financial calculations, such as CaptivateIQ.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in commission calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a sales or finance environment.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations related to commission payments.
