About the position

The Commissions Manager for Arcadis' data center construction program will provide strategic oversight and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects in alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. This role requires a strong focus on project management, quality control, and relationship building with stakeholders, while driving innovation and continuous improvement within the program.

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the successful delivery of the program, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets related to data center construction or capital construction programs.
  • Provide strategic direction and decision-making across the program, ensuring alignment with Arcadis's organizational objectives and that the program remains on track.
  • Team and Program lead, providing leadership and quality controls with a focus on project management, project controls, operational model, client, and team management.
  • Ensure effective quality management and implement continuous improvement practices across the program to drive innovation and best practice adoption.
  • Oversee the set-up and management of contracting processes, ensuring the effective management of all contractual obligations, including lump sum and agile delivery models.
  • Work closely with the Account Leadership team to identify and capture growth opportunities within client's data center construction program in the United States.
  • Ensure the Arcadis Team Members are encouraged to grow and develop to the best of their abilities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years' relevant experience leading project control program for major data center construction or construction program (>$750M) under a lump sum contract model.
  • Subject matter expertise in own discipline with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing business relationships with both external and internal teams at a senior level.
  • Cultural understanding of agile project management and time-driven delivery.
  • Strong change management and business partnership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Membership in a relevant professional body (eg, PMP, PgMP, APM, or equivalent) is preferred.
