About the position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Marketing & Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and promoting events that align with our brand and marketing goals. Your expertise in event planning and marketing will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive events and events marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistics management.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary services.
• Create promotional materials and campaigns to effectively market events across various channels.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance attendee experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly from setup to breakdown.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the planning process to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or marketing, with a strong understanding of the event industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to event planning.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors for optimal service delivery.
