Responsibilities
- Acquire deep understanding of commissioning process for subsystems integration.
- Tracking, Control and Coordinate the Interface Control Documents (RSSOM or CA).
- Datamining and data analysis for FAT, PICO, SAT and SIT documents.
- Tracking and control the technical comments on commissioning report (Deficiency List).
- Maintain the Requirements and Commissioning Traceability Matrix.
- Coordinate the project team workshops, meeting minutes and ensure the completion actions.
- Generate the reports for Test & Commissioning Plan, Deficiency List and IFC Drawings.
Requirements
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as Systems or Interface coordinator.
- Experience on Integration, Interfaces and Commissioning Process.
- Strong understanding for FAT, PICO, SAT and SIT.
- Experience datamining, data analysis and generate reports on Excel, Power BI, and Visio.
- Ability to coordinate activities with internal and external Stakeholders.
- Experience on Smartsheet, AutoCAD (Redlines and As-Builts), P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
