About the position

The Commissioning Team Lead at RMF Engineering is responsible for overseeing and developing a team of commissioning professionals in the Atlanta area. This role involves managing projects, fostering client relationships, and ensuring quality control in project documentation. The position focuses on various industries, including healthcare, federal and municipal projects, laboratories, and education, primarily in the southeastern United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and a team of CX professionals.
• Develop and mentor CX team members.
• Manage business development activities.
• Conduct quality control for project documentation.
• Write commissioning documentation and reports.
• Conduct functional performance tests.
• Lead client and project meetings.
• Review designs and troubleshoot systems.
• Observe sites during project execution.
• Attend trade and industry events.

Requirements

• BS Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 years of experience in construction, commissioning, or engineering field, or an AS Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the same fields.
• Experience managing teams and similar projects.
• Experience in business development.
• Knowledge of the Atlanta commissioning market.
