About the position

The Commissions Analyst II is responsible for processing monthly commission payouts for Segra's sales organizations. This role ensures that automated systems output aligns with the compensation plan and Segra policies through analysis and testing. The analyst maintains procedures for timely and accurate commission payments to employees and sales agents, coordinating with Sales Organizations, Payroll, and Accounts Payable. Additionally, the position supports managers and directors in utilizing online systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly commission payouts for the sales organizations.
• Analyze and test automated systems output to ensure compliance with compensation plans and policies.
• Maintain procedures for timely and accurate commission payments.
• Coordinate with Sales Organizations, Payroll, and Accounts Payable for monthly commission payments.
• Support managers and directors in the use of online systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commissions, accounting, and/or business.
• Prior experience in commissions is required.
• Strong Excel experience is essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-5 years' experience in commissions, accounting, and/or business is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with PC application software, especially Excel.
• Technical understanding of commission systems and report writing.
