As a Commission Analyst at Granite Telecommunications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely calculation, analysis, and reporting of sales commissions. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to implement and maintain commission plans while identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing commission structures to drive sales performance. In this role, you will manage the monthly commission process for the sales team, ensuring accuracy based on established plans and policies. You will maintain all commission plans for the sales organization and manage commission exception requests. As the primary point of contact for commission inquiries and issues, you will proactively develop recommendations to further automate and improve the commission process. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and evidence of all commission changes, plans, and payments, analyze and back-test compensation changes, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Premiers, Finance, and HR. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in the SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud application.
