About the position

The Commissions Analyst position at a well-known national company involves managing and calculating commissions, preparing check requests, and overseeing the trust account. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate commissions and prepare check requests.
  • Manage the trust account including receipts, disbursements, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Review closed sales files for accuracy.
  • Prepare adjustments and reports as needed.
  • Assist the department with data entry.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting and/or commissions experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of accurate data entry experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
  • 10-key experience is helpful.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote Best Practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments while maintaining poise.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry is highly preferred.
