Common Area Attendant - The Fountains

About the position

The Common Area Attendant at The Fountains Resort is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces within the resort, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests. This full-time position involves various cleaning tasks and customer service duties, contributing to the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobby, elevators, floors, stairwells, light fixtures, door frames, and public restrooms.
• Perform heavy cleansing tasks and special custodial projects as needed.
• Provide daily coffee and water service for guests in public areas.
• Work independently with little supervision while following standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Housekeeping or Environmental Services as a Cleaner, Janitor, Custodian, Housekeeper, or Environmental Services Tech.
• Customer-oriented with a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to maintain a high level of performance and follow standard operating procedures.
• Proficient in English.
