Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate direct patient communications regarding operational changes.
- Create and deploy nonclinical patient emails and engagement letters.
- Track projects using Workfront and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collect and analyze reporting data, updating email reports as necessary.
- Source data from various locations and compile cohesive reports using Excel.
- Assist with other duties critical to the effectiveness of the communications team.
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, including filtering, basic formulas, and simple pivot tables.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook.
- Ability to track tasks and prioritize effectively to deliver results on time.
- Problem-solving skills.
