Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive communication strategies utilizing various media channels to engage target audiences.
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight the importance of storytelling in driving desired actions.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Incorporate user experience insights into communication efforts to ensure messages are impactful and actionable.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute communication campaign strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships to understand needs and goals for effective communication and audience engagement.
• Support rapid response communications for unpredictable issues with tight deadlines.
• Draft and review internal communications for various platforms including intranet, presentations, and emails.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Three to five years of proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative communication solutions.
