About the position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring clear messaging, and supporting company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute internal and external communications
• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and official company documents
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure messaging consistency
• Maintain and update company communication records and databases
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to stakeholders
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives
• Monitor and improve communication processes for efficiency
• Support management in maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• Proven experience in a communications, administrative, or client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
